Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about how we work.

Do you really answer the phone 24/7?

Yes. A real person answers every call, day or night, weekends and holidays. Emergency plumbers are dispatched around the clock for burst pipes, sewer backups, gas leaks, overflowing toilets and no hot water.

How fast can a plumber get to me?

For emergencies we dispatch the nearest available truck immediately, and same-day service is standard for most non-emergency calls across Florida. Tell us what's happening and we'll give you a realistic arrival window.

How does your pricing work?

Flat-rate pricing. A plumber diagnoses the problem, gives you a written price for the repair, and that's what you pay — no hourly clock, no surprises. There's no charge to get a quote on installation projects.

Do you charge extra for nights and weekends?

Emergency after-hours calls may carry a modest dispatch fee, which we'll tell you about on the phone before anyone is sent. The repair price itself is the same flat rate.

Do you handle both residential and commercial plumbing?

Yes. We serve single-family homes, condos, rental properties and HOAs, as well as restaurants, offices, retail, warehouses, medical and multi-family buildings.

What areas do you serve?

Every city in Florida. Visit our locations page to find your city and the local phone number.

Should I use chemical drain cleaner before calling?

We recommend against it. Chemical cleaners corrode pipes, rarely clear the actual clog, and make it more dangerous for the plumber who opens the line afterward. A professional drain cleaning is safer and permanent.

Can you repair my water heater or does it need replacing?

Most heaters under 8–10 years old are worth repairing. If the tank itself is leaking or badly rusted, replacement is the only fix. We'll show you the condition and give you both prices.

Is trenchless sewer repair really possible in Florida?

In most cases, yes. Pipe lining and pipe bursting let us repair or replace a sewer line through one or two small access points rather than trenching the yard or driveway. A camera inspection tells us whether your line qualifies.

Do you pull permits?

Yes, for any work that requires it — water heater replacement, repiping, sewer line replacement and gas lines. We handle the paperwork and the inspection.
